Before I started studying real estate management I worked in the IT-business as an QA-engineer with developing the health care in countries in Africa (Uganda and Zambia mostly) and before that I studied electricity and energy for three years and worked as an electrician for about a year. 

So study hard and take action. 

Hey Everyone,After many months of studying, asking questions and consistently learning from the podcasts I am ready to move on my first investment.I am partnering with my father on our first multi family investment property.I was wondering if i open up an LLC can i have the property be owned by the LLC but myself and father are the ones responsible for the payment?

Currently, I study real estate business management in Malmö, Sweden and I recently decided for real that i want to start my own business in real estate rather than aiming for a career working for another company.It didn't take long before i found the ultimate beginner's guide to real estate investing here on biggerpockets and it was really great, I will definitely read it a few more times :).

Anyways I'd say keep studying on here and other books/sites/podcasts and worry about your licenses when it's closer to time.  

I am a self starter and didn't want to wait around studying so I just jumped in and bought a duplex.

Just like real estate, flying isn't very risky if you study, practice and are careful.- Have a pilot trainer that you want to use? 

Unless there is some kind of approval from the PA Department of Revenue on the exact language/method you rely on, parties at the closing are taking a gamble.

Also, please let me know of any particular clauses, sections, language you think is important to include in such an Operating Agreement.
