We did this for our out of country investors back in the day and as soon as word got out, they shut them all down due to the Patriot Act...Was a huge pain in the A$$.Doesn't the account holder have to show up in person otherwise they aren't eligible due to the Patroit Act?

Why back yourself into a corner with language like "Failure to vacate the property within the agreed timeframe will render this agreement null and void."?!?

Do they guarantee that the tenant will stay for a set amount of time or you get your money back?

I was trying to hold back from getting a lawyer and going down that route because she has said anything about legal action.

So technically you need to file if anyone changes as I recall.Also, I suppose when you go to sell in the far future, you'd change the property back? 

After living in the primary property in Orlando I figured we could move back to New England and rent that property out which seems like a win-win as far as getting a conventional loan rather an investment loan.
