Paying attention to the right folks on the forums provides the knowledge of tons of resources all in one.#2-LISTEN to the folks who have been in the game for a while.... they've been through so much, they understand the great times don't last forever.. they prepare for the not so great, they change strategy and they admit they've lost, gotten beat, etc. 

I am looking for suggestions on knowledgeable real estate specific attorneys in the Oklahoma City area.  

LOL I'd ask the pertinent things you need regarding your terms like 'Is this for you to live in or are you an investor hoping to sandwich or assign it?' 

with all the standard clauses and assignment...I plan on buying preforeclosures,fsbo,lease option etc.

Is this program still active from your knowledge?

My Taxes have never been complicated in the past, but I much prefer a certified and knowledgeable tax expert to assist me in filing my taxes in California.   

I have a couple parks in Longview I've been working on trying to buyover the years, failed deals in Kilgore, several failed deals in the metroplex, successfully closed a couple assignment deals in the metroplex.

At your closing the current rent should be adjusted, the lease should be assigned and a notice should be prepared advising the tenant of the sale as well as where to send future payments.
