Hello All,

I am reaching out to all of the Central Valley  California Rental Investors that can provide me information on who is a great CPA and or Enrolled Agent that can assist me with my Schedule E Tax preparation.  I own three rental Properties in the great State of Texas and just recently relocated to Central California to be closer to my son.  I do have a great CPA in the State of Texas who filed my Taxes, but he advised to look for a local tax expert who better understands the complex California Tax rules and regulations.   My Taxes have never been complicated in the past, but I much prefer a certified and knowledgeable tax expert to assist me in filing my taxes in California.   Your help and input is much appreciated it.
