I highly recommend sitting down with a Qualified Intermediary such as @Dave Foster well in advance of selling the original property.

Good luck to youthat and simply take a pre license course so you at least learn the vocabulary and interact with those of a like mind.. wholesaling is by far the most difficult thing to do in real estate to make money.. and to really make money at it.. its like any other business you need start up capital. 

If you ever want to scale, it is worth investing your time on learning how balance sheets, p&ls and cashflow statements interact with each other.

Roofstock (if they work like they did when my old Brokerage listed for them) still lists through a local Broker that you should have had some sort of interaction with. 

Door Knocking to me is a way better way since you get to interact and avoid people hanging up or rushing you off the phone so quick before you even share 1 word.

Maybe it's me but from reading forums, hearing the way in which the podcasts content quality has changed over the past several months I'm curious to know is this the new norm of BP...I'd love to know other peoples thoughts but has the interest of investing and accessibility to hear/interact on this great tool/resource in BP become the preferred activity versus utilizing valuable content and acting on it?
