As for this investment being weak / strong....All my expenses will be about $1,100 monthly (mortgage, insurance, taxes) based on property and house details I expect minimal maintenance after I install a heat pump to avoid fiddling with the kerosene monitors, and I have got close to 100 inquiries for the listing at $1,500.

due to the money that I haven't been making I cant afford to get move money up after paying monthly expenses. there is no heating or air. or hot water. have to use a bucket under the kitchen sink and the sockets have caught on fire twice.. they charge me for insurance but its to protect the interest of the landlord. this is PMI property management...
