I also know there is a meetup at the golden Coral off Marketplace Blvd in front of Dicks sporting goods each month that anyone can attend.

I was wondering if you flippers out there could give me a ball park estimate of that the renovation would cost, lowest with minimal damage, and high with most damage.  

Then get the inspection and make sure the seller is willing to play ball with any issues found.

Just ask for a warranty from the vendor and you should be golden.

My biggest struggle right now is trying to learn how to analyze deals efficiently and effectively (so if there is any advice out there on that I would be much obliged).I have found the BP podcast very informative and it has brought me to the website and forums here to learn more and to, hopefully, engage with other members and get the ball rolling.  

Real Estate has always intrested me and the Bigger Pockets has really set a fire off inside of me to get the ball rolling.

I am hoping that once the ball gets rolling things will get a little easier.

Two story Building but if I needed to rebuild I would have to raise them up to the flood level, creating 3 stories with parking underneath at ground level, 'living on the second and third floor's'.There on Concert slab now, no basement.I’m not looking for specifics at this point just a quick way to run some fast numbers to see if I’m even in the ball park.Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions you may be able to offer.

With that ball park in mind if the list price looks reasonableish I'd do a drive by to see the neighborhood and condition of the house in person.
