On the page of a property, there is a tab called addendums, click that and look for the listing broker's information, then go to their website and you will usually find THEIR listing for the property and it will usually have a lot more pictures.

Can you add value to it would also be high on the list.  

This is the page at the beginning of an insurance policy that lists the limits of insurance, deductibles, etc.

You are able to obtain a list of multi family home owners off of listsource.com.

Depends on how good your deals are, and how good your Buyers List is.

You may also have to notify the broker you list your license with that you plan on also investing.

I could be wrong but if you are buying a listed property you have to disclose that you are an agent.
