@Steven Sierra If you were to receive a lead this way chances are it's not a good investment. The best way to generate leads is to actually contact the owners of multi family homes. You are able to obtain a list of multi family home owners off of listsource.com. This way, the owners will call you and now you might have a motivated seller. Hope this helps
