Canadian side was already quite successful with tourism before their casinos also, difference between the two sides was, US took the easy greedy corporate money route where Canada developed more slowly into the tourism field, one now thrives and other is ghost town dump.I wouldnt be willing to gamble a penny that the casinos will help anything locally.

If this were not the case it would then folks who are not licensened in some field to work in could work in that field through a business entity.
