I really don't like the investment horizon right now, personally; I do a lot of reading about the market (US and global) and various corporations, and I guess I just got tired of being an invisible cheerleader who had no real say in what was happening with his money.

My family almost relocated there a couple of times but ultimately never did. ...So the oil boom has come and now with increased global supply of oil, prices have tanked and the US oil industry is feeling it.

You can help her L/O it to someone else and keep the option money- LeGrand was teaching that in his ACTS course (I didn't take), Brian probably knows that one way better than me, but if you do a sandwich L/O (you lease option it from her, then lease option it out to someone else at higher numbers) there's just so much that can go wrong, I'm not a fan

The gas furnace isnt a problem , there is a flame in the furnace , Unless there is a gas leak thats not a problem . the ventilation is the key , I weld in a 36 by 40 garage with 14 foot ceilings and I have to keep the door open and a fan running while arc welding .
