I suspect a lot of these digital marketing companies are overcharging and under-delivering or straight up scams.

@Brandon Turner encountered this on one of his rentals if I remember correctly.2) Tenant will install their own blinds, window treatments etc., and their skill level sucks thereby damaging the window area and leaving your daughter just one more thing to repair at turnover.I opted to put the blinds in myself.

Don’t get scammed if a contractor is telling you to remove drywall.

Service Animals are highly trained and somewhat rare to encounter.

We're often the 2nd or 3rd PMC they've hired and get to listen to all the ways they were scammed and abused.

People encounter violence just walking down a street (some streets more than others).
