I will definitely keep educating myself.

The Best thing to do is get educated.

I actually had just heard of BP and went to the forums talking about gurus and mostly because of my husband we didn't pay the big money for education.

I'm still just in the "educating myself" stage.

(BP's Of course) Once you get to that point in your education, you will KNOW what it is you want to do next.  

I am a REI newbie and have been fiercely educating myself in all things REI over the last year to figure out the best path for me to get started.

Also continue to INVEST in your education - that is never ending.

It's very easy to step over the line into securities law violations, and the investors attorney is sure to bring that up in court should the deal go south and the investors decide to sue you, the person who sold them the investmentActive investors in a deal rarely sue each other, passive investors sue much more frequently should losses occur.  

Basically I wrote it off as an exchange for education.
