I found this property as an FSBO driving by one day and made the call on the sign.How did you finance this deal?

You may want to take out a map and circle an area within a two(ish) hour drive of where you live as a starting point.

I own and drive a vehicle in Oakland.

That just drives me up the wall....BUT ANYWAY - to answer your question: You can walk away from he transaction but depending on how your contract reads you may be forfeiting your deposit.

  :)Just quickly looking at Airdna (this is the free view so accuracy could be wrong), but if there are really 3200+ rentals in a vacation area that small, my guess is competition is driving down daily rates and occupancy is highly competitive. 

If I lived in Longmont, I wouldn't drive to Boulder or Denver to go out at night other than special occasions. 

I currently live in Fountain Valley which is a "stone throw" away from Cypress, let me know if you need a little recon work done on a specific property, I can drive by the property for you.The space/lot rent in mobile parks in this area has been something that I struggle with.
