I need to pay my car sales tax to get deals and close

I’m frustrated, I’m working on paying my sales tax so I can drive my car. I’ve been doing everything I can to close a deal without wheels even driving for dollars in my brothers car(limited driving since he works alot and I do too) write down addresses and calling them. I don’t have extra funds to invest in any kind of service just yet. Are there any other strategies that might work for the time being? I’m very sociable and love to get out and make things happen. All serious responses are welcomed and valued. I’m in STL.
