Looking for my first investment property
Hi! I live in Los Angeles and want to get started in buying my first rental property.
This market is just too far out of my reach. I would love some feedback on how others have decided on where to buy. I’ve gotten the advice to look in an area where I would like to visit, but most of those are expensive as well.
Is there a good resource for determining a good market for your individual purpose? I just need a starting point.
Thanks for any support!!
