Can someone please explain paying back the DPA at closing through seller's credit or concession/proceeds??! Ive tried to wrap my head around it but it just isnt clear enough for me to move foward.

As part of the process they digitally e-sign my rental agreement, authorize a security deposit, and give them the option to pay by credit card (with a 2.9% surcharge), or send me a check.

Haven't been able to find a lender that could assist me with my needs as of yet.  

There may be DP-assistance programs as well for 1st-time buyers.

My main role is on the asset management side (handling the day-to-day) but I assist on new acquisitions as well.
