I'm entering my journey into realestate. As a first time hombuyer I was accepted into a program that offers assistance. My Strategy is to buy a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a lot of square footage and Create value by converting the extra square footage into a 3rd room. Can someone tell me the best way to find out how much the average 2 bedroom 2 bathroom houses in my area are renting for, and then how much the average 3 bedroom 2 bathroom houses are renting for. This would be a tremendouse help
