There's so many different numbers and formulas, i'm lost in the ocean of data but clearly not getting to the correct information.I'm trying, for example, to determine if I purchased a house for say $150,000 and rented it out for $1,500 per month what would tell me if this is a good investment or not?

Again this all comes down to location, if this thing is in a prime spot, I mean prime to the point that its in a major city metro location with extremely high barrier to entry.

The book shows you how to develop Momentum Charts on Existing Home Sales, Building Permits, NOD, Foreclosure Sales, and interest rates.It took me several days geeking out and collecting the data, but now I just maintain the data sets and watch for patterns.
