What MLS Stats Should You Follow?

I am curious what are the most popular MLS stats that investors here at BP follow. I use the MLS more for comps than anything else, and have automated searches set up for low hanging fruit. I have always known that there is a wealth of information on the "statistics" side of the system, but have never really taken advantage of it frankly because the amount of data is overwhelming. What stats do you follow on a regular basis and how does it help your investing business?
