Hello BP Community, Looking to get in touch with someone with experience renting out a single family property for Assisted Living Facility (ALF) services in south Florida. 

I want to invest/start my own assisted living care facility and I would love to connect with investors that are already in this space. 

For example they could start cooking with spices you don't like and there won't be anything you could do to completely remove the scent.

Main thing I found myself wanting was better cooking/eating utensils.

How do you know that the excess water consumption was due to excessive use of washer rather than other habits like extra-long showers, leaving the tap open in the kitchen the entire time while cooking, etc. 

This is the oldest storage facility in town. 

Because with multiple parties living in close spaces with shared stairways, laundry facilities, and green spaces I rather them call me or the police if they feel they see something suspicious.

It is a log cabin home on 5 acres with a dog boarding facility on the property.
