Rental for Assisted Living Facility Housing

Hello BP Community, 

Looking to get in touch with someone with experience renting out a single family property for Assisted Living Facility (ALF) services in south Florida.  I am currently under contract for a five bedroom and three bathroom one-level single family and I am thinking of pursuing the ALF strategy for this property.  Hoping to connect with someone here in this community to learn more.
