I love the fun color schemes on the desert style homes.

I looked over the house and made them an offer that got accepted.The house was way out of date with old appliances, old bathroom with the 5 gallon toilet, broken garage door, bad smelly carpeting, interior with dark color paint, 1400 square foot house, 3 bedrooms, one bath, etc..

The colorful bar below the image in a blog post goes, from left to right Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, G+, Email, and SumoMe.

The windows are an older wood in a cream color and most are hard to open.

And if you want to be in the housing provider business you can not discriminate against individuals based on their race, color, national origin, sex, familial status or disability.

But I need a specific color.

@Chris MullinaxHere's the problem, most landlords with this attitude are looking at landlording through "rose-colored glasses"! 

I suppose the design is a second thought, once you figure the tattoo by itself didn't scare off a prospect.I seem to have a better feeling when there is color involved.

If you are worried about it you could get area rugs yourself (single nuetral color), it is cheaper. 

You're going to be testing with postcards, mailers, lists, black/white vs color, etc.
