I've already posted in Craigslist, but I wanted to take it a step further with direct mailing and business cards, but I don't know exactly how to go about doing it or what kind of people I should be targeting.Any advice would helpThank You!

So I listened to lots of BP Podcast, got my mail box, got my google phone number got my post cards for my mailings, went to listsourse for my absentee list and only found 47 names for the three areas am interested in.

Besides contact information what should I include on the card I mail?

They want 401k information, signed credit card authorization, all bank accounts, IRAs, tax returns.

Everyone does one small post card that looks like junk.

The HD card is great, no interest for 6 mo.  

We don't have much of a savings yet because we just finished paying off some credit card bills.

There is just no meat to most real estate investment books out there....You have just pointed out the reason WHY I suggest to everybody to get a library card and read books for free.

Has anyone had experience using an AMEX Blue or other AMEX high limit card to help with leveraging a purchase?

(lots of templates for flyers, business cards, brochures, mailers, etc.)
