Hello Lynn, The seller ended up giving more seller credit to pay for the rate lock extension.

I got back on today to interact and I am already banned.

Used to use "oopsie" paint (tossed a bunch of  oopsie paint in 5 gallons of white paint and it always ended up a beige color) but if I used up all this paint I had nothing left for touch ups down the road. 

There is also one mentioned a lot on this forum that has a long thread that someone shared the investors are wiped out, just not officially because the sponsors are trying to scrape up as much money through capital calls to get back their own money that they provided to the syndication in the fashion of loans. 

RE  Mortgage banker etc.2. criminal and credit back ground checks with redacted personal info IE SSI. but you want them to know your not an ex felon or did not pay your child support etc.3.

For probably 12 months I've tried to get it back to no avail.

Honestly don't know if I will ever go back to it....it is just meh....Look Gulf Shores and east down the Florida coastline.

The Prius leads the pack on Hybrids.Hybrids have more low end torque than standard gasoline motors though.

Both of them are by the bedroom and this new one I just completed a master bedroom build added on to the back of the house with a private entrance for myself so I’m currently renting out the other 3 beds.Which cost me thousands more than I expected due to contractors not performing like I had expected etc etc.
