I am a young investor and have been doing my own research on the topic and even got a job at a private lending firm so that I can learn even more, but I feel like I am ready to actually jump in and get in the game.

This is a get rich slowly game, and starting out with 1-2 houses per year for a few years is perfectly fine.

This leaves the buyer with no skin in the game. 3.

Several things on Meetup before the pandemic.....Heck there was even a "cashflow game" meetup that was going on once or twice a month in Danville and San Ramon before as well.

I have been searching the web, Loopnet, etc. but realized the best way is to work with a buyers agent or broker and looking for how best to find someone and the pros and cons of me paying their commission (buyers agent?) 

I would highly recommend reading Tony Robbins book “money master the game” before you go with any advisor or any type of market account.

We're glad those doors were closed because it allowed me to try a different game plan.  

There are a million articles across the web saying different things and I believe the BP community is going to be where the most reliable information will be for what I'm wanting to do in real estate investing. 1.

In the syndication space, our investors put up most of the equity but most passive investors will (and should) expect sponsors to have skin in the game.
