We closed on our second KMart a couple weeks ago, this one is in Danville, VA, 1.3 miles from the new $550 million casino thats under construction right now and opening in Q1 2024, big things happening in that town! 

He is a general contractor and I am currently a casino manager.

Progress Residential appears to be is a hedge fund buying SFR's in Vegas.

@Joshua Randall, if you want creative ways: learn to count cards, head to casino, and run the table over and over.  

They have been doing it for years just with different rights and freedoms.This is why the Vegas market is so strong despite the virus.

I just updated my profile to show where I'm from, ideally I would like to invest here in Las Vegas but everything got expensive here lately.

After graduation and looking for opportunity and something other than the desert of Las Vegas I moved to Indiana.

@J Scott   not sure whats happening in the last 2 years. but when I went into the market 3 years ago I think it was one of the top places to invest at the down spike along with vegas and PHXWe did quite well.. some of the props we bought were never lived in and we bought them for 30 bucks a foot..
