Hi All,Wasn't sure exactly which forum to put this in, but is anyone else unable to get a copy of their 2020 tax transcript (not the return itself, the document is called the "transcript")?

I just got burned with a low appraisal this week and submitted comps to justify a higher appraisal and the appraiser was so generous that he upped the value a whopping $2,000, despite the appraisal being about 15k under what I was expecting.

In this situation, I assume we would we still have them submit an application (pay application fee) so we can run background checks and all that stuff, then require the deposit, etc. 

Are there any other forms that I need to submit it with?

The judge has instructed she submit the Deed of Distribution for the property.

But we would all be surprised to know how many real estate investors don’t take the time to document the good, bad and ugly of their rehabs.

What kinds of trouble would I run into trying to purchase a home without the proper documents?
