I think this 1/1 (even though it's small) could rent pretty easy for $900/mth as it has ample parking, a storage area, and a private fenced yard. 

Two thoughts, one business and one entertaining.Commercial-  We do Self Storage, 8 locations, 5 towns. 

Its also nice to learn the ropes of land loading while house hacking, and have a place to store your things instead of paying for a storage unit (if there's enough space in the garage/ basement).
