Bulverde is a growing area that is really known for the hill country, rolling hills, and lots that have acreage.

The other series just hold properties silently.

Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Charlotte are harder to get cash flow from. 

I agree with Curt....To add on stay away from North Memphis (Frasier, Egypt), South Memphis(westwood,whitehaven,oakhaven,airport district), Hickory hill is iffySome decent areas areMidtown, cordova, and Germantown, ,collierville (a bit on the higher end though) I like North mississippi just over the Memphis border (Horn Lake, Southaven, Olive Branch).  

We meet the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 in the camp hill Giant.

After she graduated, a year and a half ago,  Then things started really going down hill..trash, oil in driveway, old cars, etc. then boyfriend moved in so now 4 tenants, more old cars, cheap rent, old camper, chickens & dogs.
