Thank you pros for being patient with this newb lol In NC, pre-foreclosure means the owner is in default, a court action has been filed, and the process (foreclosure process, power-of-sale by state law) has not completed.

Caleb,Based on nothing else that the fact that I just enjoy visiting these places, I would say Asheville, NC or Chattanooga, TN, not actually sure what those markets are like.Right now I cover territory from Augusta, GA to Columbia, SC and I am based in Aiken, SC.

Houston is a great market but not all areas are great with some better than others.Most of my clients are buying in the warmer climate states. ( example: Georgia, Florida, Texas, NC,SC,TN, etc.).Most of the retiring older generation  in the tens of millions are migrating toward these warmer climate areas.
