hello guys, i am carlos del orbe from new york, getting started in the real estate career listening the podcast and reading the ultimate beginner guide, i want to congratulate the guys from bp for doing such a nice job i love every thing from bp. My goal is getting in buy and hold strategy on multifamily homes. Right now i am in learning mode iam planning to move to wake county, nc in around 2 years from now. And start my career path there. I also want to start getting investing experience near new york while iam waiting to move but i  dont know where to start.
