Fayetteville NC NEW MEMBER ! Investor/Realtor

Hi my name is Markcus Miller and I'm a real estate agent! I'm a navy reservist with three successful deployments under my belt. My dad was retired army and my mother was a nurse. I think the biggest thing my parents taught me was to never accept and settle for less.  I’ve been studying /researching real estate since the age of 16 when my dad first bought the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad." I'm sure many people haven't heard of that book ...Just kidding. Anyways I really wanted to reach out to new investors. I have been an agent going into my second year and I've spent mostly my first year working primarily with investors. Don't get me wrong I do have homes for sale on the market but I've grown overly excited about investments. I've really shaped my real estate approach to adapt to my investor first, and Broker second philosophy. I analyze every potential customer as an investment deal and if it doesn't work out then my exit strategy is mainly list the property. I have been working with one main investor for the most part. So why blog on BiggerPockets??? Why not? I really want to link up with new investors. I want to offer my knowledge as a Realtor because I understand how to analyze properties and write offers on properties. What I don’t have yet is enough resources to sustain any effective marketing to buyers/sellers. I'm sure that will change in the future, so I'm staying positive.  If anyone has any questions looking for an investor friendly Realtor, just ask away. This business can be very profitable so why continue to do It alone? I really want to be a part of a new group of exciting people because we all can agree that real estate is saturated with the big dogs. These big dogs buy up everything so quickly and leave the new investors scraping for the bottom. The true benefit to real estate is to grow a successful team and live the lifestyles that we all envisioned for ourselves when we got into to this thing. So this is a shout out to everyone who is new just wanting to get started or maybe isn't as successful as they would like to. You just have to start that’s the biggest part, taking action and staying persistent. I attribute those two factors to everyone that I know who is successful in this business. This is my first attempt to blogging and I couldn't truly measure my success unless no one reaches out.
