Would this workI'm not a fan of incremental changes.

Exterior paint, decks/porches, fences, appliances, flooring, ceiling fan and lights, tuck pointing masonry, retaining walls, blinds/window treatments, tub surrounds, vanities, toilets, etc.  

.- popcorn ceiling in bedrooms + living room- kitchen white laminated countertop and cabinets, with oak trim- kitchen appliances all white except the microwave is stainless steelplans so far:> already planning to  add recessed light in the living room (and remove fan) (kitchen already have recessed lights), bedrooms have the fan> paint oak to white (kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity )> kitchen countertop - granite or quartz?

We have also used automatic humidity sensing switches, though the results are sporadic plus it does not allow for the fans to be run during low humidity scenarios when a fan is still desired (they should be enable to run the fan as much as possible). 

You may want to use a box fan as the goop grease will smell.

With such a competitive market (even for rentals), we’re proactively on the lookout for a 2-3 BR home with a fenced yard within 15-20 minutes drive of the Fan District.

I’ve done single family flips a small multi and I just am not a fan of the smallness of it all.

Are there ridge vents, whirly birds, electric fans, solar fans?....

Im looking into the possibility to bring from china finish materials, like cabinets (I know is hard due to tariff on this one), countertops, basin, sinks, light fixtures, toilets, LVP, tile, fans and others.Any word of wisdom about this idea?
