In my quick look on zillow and redfin I didn't see anything wrong with the house, my biggest concern would be the Google street view showing the home in its un-rehabbed state along with the neighboring properties. 

I bet you can get pretty good eye's on some areas of Huntsville using Google Maps.

they will call threaten beat their chest but you buy at trustee sale and you don't owe them. they are not super liens like other states were utls can survive.only thing that survives a west coast foreclosure is IRS  and some senior deferral tax's and ad valorum. everything else junior to the DT or not recorded goes away.. 

The roof is new and looks good on the surface, but all this added weight can't be good, especially in winter with the weight of snow/ice.

If you go through Zillow they have a free program where you can post your ad and syndicate to a number of sites where I have gotten great response from (i.e.

It's in a D class neighborhood.

The trick is they have pages of and pages of Ryder’s for added protection.

I want to get started in Real Estate Investing, I have a paid off home in Arizona. looking to refinance and do the whole BRRRR Strategy BUT the problem is that i am a foreign national and refinancing my home is nearly impossible I've called close to 20 banks and private lenders and most of them dont even deal with foreign nationals and the ones that do make it nearly impossible to invest with the high points closing costs and rates. what i was thinking of doing is adding a U.S. citizen ( partner) to the tiltle of my home in order to refinance thru them and gt the best rates most money and lowest closing costs possible.
