So much info it is a little overwhelming but I am listening to podcasts daily plus trying to read more blogs and forums.My short term goals are as follows for now until I exceed them.I will buy my first investment property before the end of 2018.In 3 years I will be making 5k in passive income.In 5 years I will be making 10k in passive income.Ideally I would like to find some local people I could help and learn from.
