Eviction Process for newly bought property
Hi everyone. I recently bought a property with a tenant already living in one unit month to month. We haven't signed a new lease agreement since the property was just handed over to me, but she's already 2 1/2 weeks late on the rent. She keeps making excuses already. What is the eviction process on a case like this? I'm new to all this.

Without meaning to sound harsh, you really must research this stuff *before* you find yourself in the situation.
First thing you need to do is research (via Google) your county and state rental laws. Also see if there are eviction services in your area that can handle this for you. Finally if all else fails, hire an eviction attorney to walk you through this process. Learn from it. And move forward.
And don't wait on getting signed leases. That should have been done immediately. It's unclear if you just closed the other day or if you closed over 2.5 weeks ago and have been waiting for rent since then.
