That being the case, I would say that you have a lot more homework to do before you attempt to do a BRRRR.

I understand that you can get much higher returns buying distressed properties, but that's not something I'm ready to attempt yet.

After 8 attempts I finally passed my Real Estate exam.

I am attempting to maximize profit.
