No pool, so added other unique and fun things in the yard - large screened porch with dining table and lounge area, Gazebo, lawn games, putting green, outdoor shower made out of an old surfboard.

Examples of what is considered Personal Property would be items not permanently attached to the Building that you provide for the tenant, such as a fridge, stove, washer & dryer, lawn equipment, etc.For single families, this is usually a low limit, but if you have a 20 unit building with $1500 in each unit, you could have $30,000 of personal property not covered if there is a total loss.All in all, I'd say only 1 out of 10 of my clients carry the coverage.
