I’m definitely going to set up systems and check lists and make sure I find some good vendors in the area just in case I can’t make it there myself.

Can anybody send me referrals for vendors?

@Filipe Pereira,Such companies typically contract with independent installers.Note that: "installers", not "un-installers" or "cleaner uppers".The installer's job is to establish new service for the vendor's customer.

You found a partner with more experience, willing to mentor you, offer up his vendors/contacts to work the project and you get the same % split on profit that you put in.
