If you had a large lawsuit for health issues from mold or a fall down some rickety steps with no handrail, you may be looking at hundreds of thousands but the vast majority of those are settled out of court for well below your liability limit.This idea that Tenants are suing Landlords every day (and winning) is ludicrous.

The vast majority of travelers looking for furnished housing prefer renting an entire unit rather than a shared space or a private unit inside of multi-family housing.

Rentals in Lexington, KY would be vastly different than rentals in Winchester, KY.
