I am purchasing a trailer to flip but it was built in 1972.

The reason I'm investing in the first place is to be able to move away from the Employee quadrant and more into the Investor quadrant (so that I can work far less at the J-O-B, if at all, and have the freedom to spend more time with family/friends, travel, and generally do the things in life I really want to do). 

(Semi long post incoming.TL;DR I have an opportunity to rehab several trailers in a trailer park that need extensive work, is it worth it?)

I have 19 years in construction, many tools, truck and trailer, and know some people in other trades.

I switched over to an independent insurance broker/agent who got me setup through Travelers (while I moved over all of my other policies away from GEICO as a requirement of obtaining the umbrella) and they do not have similar limits on number of rentals.

Be sure to also talk to @J Martin, who is a devil and a whiz when it comes to systematizing your furnished rental business and traveling the world.

However, we just drove through it and the trailers are for the most part HORRIBLE!

I am available for realtor assistance (any paperwork, real estate tasks like photos and ads, etc within the realm of assistance), AirBnb Co-hosting (this includes traveling to the property, photos, cleaning, anything needed to manage, etc.)I also have experience in managing flips and can be your eyes and ears on the ground; help you see big projects through.

I am a travel Physical Therapist, along the same lines as a Travel Nurse.

However, my ultimate goal is to step away from doing that and have passive income in order to do the other things in life I love to do (travel, spend time with friends/family, etc).
