Hello All:An attorney has 2 properties FSBO as he is tired of dealing with college student rentals, an area I specialize in as I rent to about 70 college students.He currently rents Property #1 for $1050 (I can rent it for $2000) and he rents Property #2 for $1050 (I can rent for $1500).

I've yet to find one in the dozen or so I've looked at that allows bandit signs.So, if you ask where to put them, @Rob Speciale my reply would be nowhere, unless you examine city and county codes in your area and can verify the are legal.

(and yes, both parties would see what you're making...)Seems like going to an extreme to arrange for transactional funding and a special double/simulatneous closing just to obscure your profit.
