My job is in the operations of the portfolio - take service requests, pay bills from 17 different check books, do the banking for 17 different accounts, take the phone calls and keep everyone happy. 

I requested to meet with the current owner to find our more about section 8 and its process and requirements. will try to research it online too, but I am not finding a whole lot of helpful info. 

The tenant  (at her brother's request) is wanting to leave the brother off of the lease.  

Something odd like that, since you don't pay PMI they sort of own it too until you re-fi, or request that be taken off, like PMI.I just had ANOTHER counseling session with them this morning.

I cancelled the transaction and requested they sign a release of my deposit, (which was held at my attorney).

If they press, tell them you're looking into transferring property into a family trust at the request of your lawyer for estate planning and you are just checking to see if the transfer tax applies.

I've emailed you and/or made a colleague request to initiate a discussion.
