So I asked when will she be able to sign but she did not reply...I could wait, but I am going out of country in 2 weeks (something has come up)_ and if she decides to move out while I am out of country I may not be able to communicate with her then. 

Unless there was something that made the unit so much more desirable that they weren’t willing to let it go like cheaper rent or I’ve currently got one wanting W/D hookups she can’t find anywhere.

The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself.
