Not being a jerk my man, but if I recently came into  a lot of money, but didn't want folks to know a lot of the details per se....I probably wouldn't go onto a social media website with my picture, first name, last name and city I live in and say that "I just came into a lot of money".

The rehab should only take 2 weeks, but I have some prior engagements, so was trying to strategize getting ahead of the curb. 

I make sure my sellers understand the pros of "pricing right" but if they aren't in a rush or bothered by keeping it on the market a while, there isn't much you can say to make them drop the price except to submit an offer and see if they engage.
