I am interested in knowing if anyone has worked with private funding/investors for a percentage of the profits and not pay any interest rate or points. 

Hello,I am new to real estate investing, particularly in finding the right person to help me find a great deal (I.E. real estate agent and/or wholesalers), contractors to help repair the home, escrow agent (ensure I get the numbers right) and private/hard money lenders. 

With the last house I flipped, a partner and I borrowed private funds at 12% to acquire and rehab the house, which was a starter home somewhat out in the sticks near me.

Private investor  

This allows for infinite scaling as you grow to compartmentalize the liability from properties, but the “child” series LLC are private documents and can be established from your computer - it’s a fantastic tool.

If I was to take out a 15,000 loan and take it to a private money lender ( I personally know one) which in return he would lend me 200,000 for a purchase of a home.
