I own 11 units right now and I simply don't understand how people scale when the utility companies hire people that don't seem to be mentally capable.

@Tyler D'Alessandro Sure, but if that is your mentality (not necessarily wrong) you should be aiming to get the best interest only terms possible and constantly refinancing and redeploying into the stock market or other properties.
