If you a running from an Ex-wife (husband) maybe it's worth the hassel.This strategy is over hipped and totally unnecessary.Why is it that so many "investors" spend so much time investigating bazar programs and entities instead of working on what could make them money?

To top it all off, the building they built not 4 year ago took 3 years of planning just to start building Apparently, in Texas, it took 6 months to break dirt.Tom Wingert,These, along with my feelings on the way the California taxes personal income, are the reason I am strongly investigating out of state investing and departing the state.

Don't try and expense it as a business expense if it isn't for your business.People who do these sorts of things make life hard for the rest of us who walk the line.It is a felony and punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine including payment of all investigative and legal costs.No I am not going to turn you in.

If the tenants have been in for years, you certainly need to update info on their contact and income situation, so they should complete a new application which you will thoroughly investigate prior to approving them for the terms you decide to offer them...if any.

Might be worth going to if you think you want to invest with them.One thing I have noticed lately, but must have been that way for a long time, is that people go to one presentation with one sponsor and think WOW this sounds really good, without investigating much of the general landscape of investing...and then they seem to get tunnel vision on sticking with that sponsor.
