For those with some 203k background, I'm looking for recommendations for general contractors with 203k experience in the Killeen or Austin area.

On the PCR it says plumbing is damaged and sites a missing component the house will be insured escrow of 600.

On the other hand, if you also have some interior demo to do, it may be cheaper to pay the higher "garbage is OK" price for the dumpster and just rent it once.I would plan on new flashing around the plumbing vents. 

With that being said, I have no experience in rehab/construction other than our near disaster of a kitchen reno on our own house so any contractor connections you guys have is definitely appreciated! 

I know my inspection and contractor quotes will reveal a lot more, but does anyone have experience with rehabs on a 140 year old property?
